                      • Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders will be sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

                      What is the processing time? The item's processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: e.g. material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes within 24 hours of business day for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 2-5 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience. *If you would like to cancel a back ordered item in your order, simply send us your request by submitting a ticket, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

                      • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 9–15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but may take longer sometimes. If your order is shipping to Brazil or Russia or other continents, it will take about 30 days to arrive at their destination but may take longer from time to time. Express shipping may take 4-8 business days to arrive in the destination. 
                      • If an order is selected for express delivery and is divided into two or more packages, the first package will be shipped via express delivery and the remaining packages will be shipped via standard delivery.

                      * The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes. Customs Charges: The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by the customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. Sislabel is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.We will not cover the customs charges incurred by returning the items.

                      In the event where a parcel is not claimed or refused by the receiver, 
                      delivery personnel will attempt re-delivery. If delivery personnel are unable to arrange a re-delivery, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. In the event that your package is refused and returned to Sislabel, any return costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from your store credit refund.

                      Pre-Order Items: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock styles, your delivery will not be arranged until ALL items are in stock. Please email hello@sislabel.com if you would like an alternative arrangement. We highly recommend placing a seperate order if any items from your order are urgent.

                      For pre-order items, the estimated delivery date is an approximation and not a guaranteed timeframe. If there is an unexpected delay of more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, we will notify you via email. Our customer care team will be happy to discuss alternative options with you in the event of such delays.

                      Order Cancellation Policy

                      We strive to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible, so cancellations can be challenging once the process has begun. However, we're here to assist you. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

                      If you reach out within 3 hours of placing your order and receive a confirmation from customer service, there's a chance your order has not yet entered the warehouse for processing. In this case, we'll inform you if cancellation is possible.

                      Please note, all cancellations are subject to a $7 processing fee. This fee covers transaction and refund costs associated with third-party payment providers and banks.

                      Once your order has entered the warehouse for processing, we are unable to cancel it, even if you have not yet received shipping information. This means that after your order reaches the shipping preparation stage, it cannot be modified or canceled.

                      RETURN

                      Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.

                      Note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged. Used items must not have any additional signs (stained or uncleanable, dirt, etc.) of use or damage, and have their original tags attached. Hygiene and our customers’ safety are highly important, so all items are inspected upon their arrival and returned. The same exclusions apply to our Returns Guarantee for the right to a refund. The following products thus cannot be returned under the Returns Guarantee (unless defective):

                      Sales items that are Final Sales (non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Typically, products discounted over 50% are marked with prices ending in *.55, *.88, *.99, or *.98.) ;
                      Customized items;
                      Pre-Order items;
                      Swimwear (Bikini, swimsuit);
                      Underwear;
                      Accessories/Jewelry;
                      Gift items, gift cards.

                      It does not allow to return if the pink label on the clothings is cutted off.

                      30 DAY PRODUCT GUARANTEE
                      If you are not satisfied with the item you received and want to return it, you can file a claim for compensation with the following procedure.
                      Within 30 days  of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.And you need to send back the items within 30 days after receiving the product.(We assume that the time when you receive the items is the time when the logistics track delivery).

                       We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
                       If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.
                      After receiving the returned item and checking that it do not affect secondary sales, we will refund (the shipping costs except).

                      How about your products which are not broken but you want to return because you change your mind about the purchase?
                      It depends on:
                      Your package is on the way. We have to charge the freight for our compensation. Send email to hello@sislabel.com to get more details about the details of this return.(Return address&Expense, etc.)
                      You package is still in our warehouse. We can help you cancel your order without charging any fees.


                      If a defective/incorrect item is received, our responsibility is to replace the item with a new/correct one.
                      If a package is returned for destruction due to incorrect address/unclaimed, please send email to hello@sislabel.com to verify the package status and get the appropriate solution.


                      Refunds (if applicable)
                      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
                      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
                      If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. And we do not pay tax on returns.
                      If due to our reasons, the goods received are not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.In the event of damaged goods, our sole responsibility is to provide a free replacement. Due to the difficulty in defining the cause of breakage, which could occur during sending, shipping, while the consumer is fitting the item, or for other reasons, our sole responsibility is to provide a free replacement.
